DONT BOTHER WITH THE COATING

the pans are well made light stack well cook well up to 4 people and dont move around too much on the stove.
the teflon coating in my view is a waste of time and you do have too be careful not to scrape too hardwith ur spoons. mine was fine until i shared it with a metal stirring friend since then its not been itself. if fact i off loaded the tefal cookset which i thought was just as good and at a cheaper price althought the sac/case didnt last too long but was better overall.
id go for a panset you can knock around a bit rather than having to be too careful of its coating .

SOLID

Lightweight, black, Anti-Stick coating means easy cleaning pretty much warm water and cloth
Anti-Stick coating seems to be coming off in tiny flakes now and again (it aint the tastiest)
Great lightweight pans that are solid enough to last a good while and are great to clean but I would heavily recommend buying all plastic cutlery not only for it's weight difference but obviously it agrees with the Anti-Stick coating.

GREAT STARTER KIT

lightweight, non-stick, pan handle
pan handle does scratch the coating,
smallest pan too big for solo trekking
a superb buy, have bought a smaller pan to make it a more flexible set.

GOOD SET OF LIGHTWEIGHT PANS

Very light
Effective non-stick
Lid is snug on all of the pans
Pot handler can remove non-stick coating
Very nice to have a number of pans, but this advantage is offset by the number of lids. If you're cooking two pans of stuff, and are planning to dutch-oven the first pan full while you heat up the second, you'll need to find something to use as a makeshift lid.

GREAT SO FAR.

Full set of pans (get the Gourmet and you get a frying pan as well) but light enough to carry.
Non-stick lining.
Lid compatible with both pans and frying pan.
Nice grooves on bottom for grip.
Free sqaures of packtowel as pan separators/cleaners.
Pan lifter that is so much cooler (and more efficient) than a trangia one.
None so far.
I suppose that if you were using both pans and the frying pan then you wouldn't have enough lids.
Only got them a christmas but great so far.
