EXCELLENT TRACTION AND PERFORMANCE AT A PRICE.

Completely waterproof. Excellent fit, especially around the heel, and a very stable feel to it. Excellent traction on all surfaces, including snow and ice. The outsole also very tough, providing good under-foot protection .
A little too heavy, rigid and unresponsive for competitive trail runners. Also, mud tends to ball up due to agressive carbon rubber outsole.
Not the best high performance shoe I've ever raced in, but ideal for long steady training runs over difficult terrrain and also ideal for walking.
