OK, BUT CAN BE IMPROVED.

Comfortable, and reversible which adds versatility.
Warm - good for the winter months
Durability - it is unlikely to rip but both sides don't wear particularly well. The smooth side is particularly prone to wear and doesn't tolerate any abrasion. The fleece side doesn't cope too well with a ruck sac belt and buckle, although most fleeces wear in this area.
The top retains odour. I wouldn't like to wear it on an expedition for more than one outing without washing.
Paramo make some quality outer layers but their mid layers don't come near these standards. The fact they are reversible is a good feature but the materials used need to be improved.

LOVE IT!

Good performance
Makes a great base layer
Very comfortable
Arm vents seem a bit pointless
I use this as a base layer in colder weather underneath the Taiga fleece and it works really well. I use with a windproof shell (Fuera smock) for milder weather, again very impressive performance.

COULDN'T GET IT TO FIT!

Reputable Brand
I'm a XL at biggest in most gear. I couldn't get the XXL of this top to fit in store. Too tight across shoulders and under arms.
Poor fit for all but the skinnies of the walking world. My mate who is normally a M-L could only just cope with the XXL!

ITS O.K BUT I WOULD'NT BUY ANOTHER.

Its very comfortable to wear, seems to wick well, and is a good warmth layer.
Durability! the smooth outer fabric is starting to look worn after a weeks worth of wearing! So make sure the fabric does'nt touch anything abrasive like rock trees or anything else you might encounter outdoors!!!!! I would like to see a deeper chest zip.
Not worth the full rrp price!! Arm vents are not of any real benefit.
I like this top its comfortable to wear.
Its just not worth the money! There are so many other tops that beat this, for instance the Rab VR smock which has a very tough durable outer which is wind resistant, a nice deep zip for venting your core which is far more important than venting your biceps!
Or you could just buy a cheap fleece top.
I would'nt reccomend this to anyone, if you want something like it go for a Rab VR smock, or maybe Berghaus's excellent stretch light fleece. All much better than this pull on in all areas.

I'm giving this 1 star for value based on the full retail price, if you can get one for half the price then I may of given it a 3. You'd honestly be mad to buy one over other products out there including Paramo's.
Incidentally i've just read OM's own review which is far more accurate than (sorry) the other user reviews here.
