Montane's Minimus Jacket isn't quite the lightest waterproof out there at a real-life 233g for a medium, but whereas most lightweight shells skimp on breathability and versatility, the Minimus has both thanks to thoughtful design and the latest version of the impressive Pertex Shield 2.5-layer waterproof fabric.
