Lightweight, waterproof and breathable with a small pack size and all the features you're likely to need with none of the ones that you don't. Takes a climbing helmet. Reflective detailing.
 
We suspect it won't be massively durable, plus lacks the tough 'feel' of a heavier, three-ply fabric. You will lose the 11g mesh stuff sac...
