Electronic items inside 'breathable' waterproof clothing are likely to get filled with condensed sweat...  Electronic items in external pockets in 'breathable' 'waterproof' pockets are also likely to get filled with condensed sweat.

Very breathable, tough feeling, functional mountain cut, big pockets, decent hood and a very nice feel from the stretch fabric and decently light too, though not ultra-lightweight.
 
Lower hydrostatic head than some fabrics may worry some, though not necessarily with any real validity.
