A 3L Goretex Pro Shell 'fully featured' jacket aimed at the 'all-rounder' market.
Kept the weather well at bay during a weekend in the worst weather Wales can throw at you. Very fitting cut (though I am only 5'3" - the small fits almost perfectly). Best helmet compatable hood. Ever. Great visibility, even without a helmet to 'bulk it out'. Very windproof and exceptionally warm. Everything is quick release/tightening (except for the main zip oddly, which I found slightly awkward initially, even without gloves).
Too much fabric in the sleeves. A tad awkward to zip up, particularly with gloves. Found the jacket wet inside the sleeves on removal (albeit not noticeably through my fleece whilst on) ?leaking pit zips/sweat/overabundance of water gathering on fabric due to sleeves being 4" too long (though only appeared to be in the areas where the fabric is darker). Could easily be too short for many people, particularly if used to the parka style on jacket.
For what I paid (£175) a great jacket and I would buy again at that price. Does it justify it's £320 price tag? There are other jackets out there that offer similar features, higher breathability and a lower price (Rab Latok being one). Overall a very lightweight, apparently very breathable jacket that kept me toasty and on the most part dry during the worst of the worst in Wales. Will be a regular part of my outdoor 'wardrobe'.
