i've had one of these since they came out and i use it primarily for mountain biking.

in short, i am in love! wearing this next to skin the breathability is amazing. the DWR isnt the best and you wet out pretty quick... BUT i've never felt properly wet (maybe a little damp) and as long as you're working hard enough to generate some heat it dries out riddiculously quickly.

I'd reccomend this jacket every time1

Brilliant balance between breathability, wicking and protection, good all-round mountain cut, light, packable, effective hood and an addictive shade of bright green to boot.
Not as water resistant as more closely-woven fabrics.
