Patagonia Capilene® 4 Expedition Weight Zip-Neck

 I am looking for syntetic baselayer for winter,fall and spring.

 Can you please give me your opinion what would you choice and why between this items:

Arcteryx Phase AR (zip or not)

Arcteryx Phase SV (zip or not)

Patagonia Capilene 4 (zip or hoody)

The AR is the only one which will do normal UK Spring/Autumn conditions - the other two would stand too high a chance of proving to be too warm.

But fall doesn't sound English so maybe you want the warmth Fit is very important in such matters.

So you are saying if I prefer a layer a little aditionally I should consider AR.

 Will use it for alpine mountaineering, skiing,...
