Buff Merino Wool Buff

I think you forgot to edit out the last para ... or perhaps it really is a multi-sport waterproof with good breathability! No, I think its an answer looking for a question - can't help but feel merino is the latest bandwagon that every manufacturer is jumping on, and I speak as a buff lover with several to my name (but not merino). Does it have a seam is the burning question that was kicking around here a few weeks ago.

No seam.

Also a much thinner fabric than other merino headovers.

I bought one of these in December. And as a Buff Hater (the original gaudy sort) , This is absolutley brilliant.

Walking out and about in -7º c conditions the merino wool buff kept me super warm and my face shielded from any snow blizzards.

And because it is merino wool (no daft, bright patterns here) I can wear it with my woolen pea coat.

If your hatred of the original Buff is down to the gaudy, bright patterns, then I would be with you, but I've been using them for years and find them incredibly effective whether as a hat or a face mask - I have 3 that are black with different subdued grey bits of pattern, and one that is all grey

Making Buffs from merino seems to me to simply be jumping on a bit of a marketing bandwagon....

 Oh my goodness, the Merino bandwagon is the best thing that has happened to clothing in forever!  I can wear it year round, easy wash, easy dry, no stink, lasts forever, fits comfortably. 

It doesn't get much better than this for me personally, and obviously there seems to be a whole lot of other people figuring out the same thing.

Enjoy your buffs, consider adding merino wool to your wardrobe, I promise you won't regret it!

some are not quite so easily pleased. i want packets of all yellow jelly beans.

an appropriate word, bandwagon. in my day that was interchangeable with gullible and the rubbing of hands and the chink of quantity of coin.
