Rab Microlight Alpine Jacket
Closer to warm fleece levels of insulation than a traditional down jacket, which makes it useable in spring and autumn as well as winter, but don't be fooled into thinking it's ultra-warm, as it's not.

Need to know

Excellent warmth to weight ration, small pack size, windproof outer and looks great too.
 
Needs protecting from water and dampness generally. Not as warm as a traditional down jacket.
