These are great for walking, cycling etc - I'd imagine the flexibility would be superb for climbers and the like, but I haven't tried them at that (yet)...

I always have difficulty with walking trousers. Lots of the ones I've tried just don't feel comfortable and my legs get clamy. But sometimes the weather just isn't right for shorts and Cascadas are not needed
