SImple and effective ideal for centre use

It's cheap and works well.
Terible colours, and it tends to sit very high up on your head
OK, a reasonable lid for the price. But I think the Camp Rockstar is better for a similar price.

EXCELLENT LIGHTWEIGHT GP HELMET

So comfortable I forget I have it on!
Good ventilation
Easy adjustment
Good price
Head torch can slip off, but a piece of fabric adhesive plaster on the helmet behind the torch fixed that!
Excellent

The bearable lightness of being (still alive)

Weight good for a classic helmet. The lightest certified helmet available for many years. Quite cheap. Good ventilation.
In order to get it through the UIAA tests Edelrid had to stick a piece of polystyrene inside the dome. This didn't fill me with confidence, and it's fair to say this is a lightweight helmet not a full-spec monster like the JB Super for instance. For full strength with the same design get the Edelrid Kevlar version. Poor headtorch mounts - easy to lose the torch unless you're very careful or fit clips to the headband and hook them over the helmet brim.
It's light, and if this makes you wear it when you otherwise wouldn't then it's worth it. Probably most at home for tootling around on easy routes in bigger hills rather than being repeatedly bashed against gritstone VS routes. Having said that mine's just had it's 9th birthday and is still in one piecee but due for retirement.
