HAD ITS DAY

alloy construction, tiny, waterproof, looks the business
short battery life, not bright
I got one of these years ago before LEDs caught on, not a bad tiny torch but not very bright and eats batteries (as do all tiny halogen torches), I have a single AAA LED torch now that is lighter, much brighter and the battery lasts.... well it just lasts.

If you want a maglite then get one of the burglar killing D cell models, this belongs in a museum.

RIP OFF

Look nice, tough
Short battery life, heavy, break all the time, crap connections, weak beam, expensive....
Really rubbish piece of kit, as with all Maglites, I have had several and all have stopped working for some reason, one even killed batteries when not in use, anothr had a really loose connection and you had to hold it in a certain posiion to make it work. Theyre really rubbish t be honest, I will never waste my money on one again.

BIT OF A LET DOWN!

Durable
The beam!
Unfortunately not what I expected. Head easily comes off while altering the beam. Flood light very poor, hence why i'm searching for a better one!

ITS A TORCH...AND IT WORKS.

Useful addition to a keyring. Good beam, very bright and battery life is okay.
Wouldn't have bought one for myself as its pretty pricey nowadays.
It does what its supposed to work to good effect.
