Small but possibly flawed.

Small, bright

Not water resistant.

Bright! Make sure it isn't pointed at you when turning on!

Bought to replace a zipka of many years which was great.
I've used mine fairly lightly for 4 months. All was fine until last week when the torch started turning itself on automatically and then cycling through the light functions! I also noticed condensation inside.
After opening and airing the body there is still an intermittent fault with turning on automatically.
Close inspection shows large gaps around the body closure and hinge meaning that water can easily enter (it's meant to be water resisitant!)

Petzl forwarded me to Lyon. Lyon have pointed me at the reatiler... we shall see.

A VERY GOOD TORCH

Very bright on maximum, red light good for in tent use ie, when you need a little more light to find stuff at night without being blinded by the white light. Usable with lithium battteries.

Would be even better if it was regulated. Cost

A very versitile torch I agree it can be overkill for lots. it did prove really useful over winter for night time dog walks as it ment I could keep track of my dog offlead without issues.
