The first time i used this was the three peaks in yorkshire, for the first few miles the hip pad rubbed but soon softened up. Ive used this bag all summer with no problems iv now started to run with it and cycl Continue reading...
Some people can't get on with the Freeflow system saying that it shifts the load away from your back but I find that it distributes it to my hips quite well.
