Tried it but not for me

saves wear and tear on your sleeping bag
adds warmth to your sleeping bag
light
washable
restrictive
can become tangled
I get the concept but I tried it and couldnt get on with it. I always seem to end up in a tangle my legs in a big knot and a poor nights sleep. If it works for you it can help keep your sleeping back in good condition and help with colder nights. I just didnt like it

Luxuriously practical

Cool black colour, light and extremely compact.
Expensive
Adds extra warmth to your sleeping bag (noticably), whilst protecting it from wear at very minimal addition to pack weight and space. If you've never had a liner before I recommend this one, although any silk liner really does make a great difference to your sleeping comfort. They aren't cheap, but this one is good value when compared to others. Don't be tempted to go for a cheaper 'fleece' or other liner - silk really is the only way to sleep in the outdoors.
