This tent is best for the summer, late Spring or early Autumn. The two way zip on the door means one can lie in it and watch the sky. Continue reading...
I bought this Viper tent around six years back and have used it several times each year from spring through late autumn. The longest one pitch camp was for 13 nights at the Hoge Veluwe in the Dutch Gelderland, Continue reading...

I've used a Viper for years...what a joy to have! Never let me down, stood up to heay rain and gales in the Cairngorm, Yorkshire Dales, High Peak, Dartmoor and Exmoor and on the Alps.

Easy pitching with the pointed ends along the wind if it's blowin' a hooli, and enough space inside to be comfortable.

Well worth buying, especially now it's a lot cheaper than when I bought mine.

Might be...but at 3.2Kg a touch heavy for a one man tent surely?

It's 2.1 Kg and a very good tent.

I used to have on of they. Really nice tent for the money, plenty of headroom and felt pretty durable for the weight. Ended up selling it to a mate (who managed to break it within a few months )

As far as I know it's been discontinued for ages, and the newer Coleman equivalents aren't particularly well thought of.
