GOOD TENT PROVIDED IT DOESN'T GET VERY WINDY
Plenty of space - both sleeping area and porch. Anchors well to the ground.
Tent poles slaughtered in high winds at Sligachan campsite on Skye - tent collapsed in on itself. Had to abandon tent during the night for a mate's cheaper tent that stood up very well (as did every other tent on the campsite). Vango not interested in replacing poles. Would go for a geodesic.
Roomy good quality tent for moderate weather. If the wind's howling you may have to bail out quickly.

GOOD SIZE TENT FOR 2/3 SEASON AT BEST.
Offers a great amount of space for two people, especially with the porch area for cooking and/or storage. Has proved to be completely waterproof in heavy rain.
Despite correct guying, two of the three poles were badly bent in winds on 4th/5th May 2008 in Devon (not exactly a stormy weekend). A £45 Gelert 4-man dome tent pitched next to it was less stable in the winds but not damaged. It is absolutely not, as Vango claim, suitable for mountain use. Vango said that poles are not covered by the warranty so I'll have to botch a repair - not very impressive. The TBS system is a great idea but the straps shake themselves loose quite quickly in strong winds rendering them redundant.
A good two-man tent for general camping but it does not bridge the gap between tunnel tents and geodesics for anything beyond fair-weather use.
