Day One - Mainlining Snowdonia
The first and, possibly, hardest day of the epic 300-plus miles a day mountain-running event follows the runners across the main Snowdonian massif taking in the Carneddau, Glyders and Tryfan and Snowdon itself via Crib Goch.
Day Two - Rhinogs and Moelwyns
Less climbing than yesterday, but some seriously rough terrain presents different challenges from the first day as they head off over Cnicht for another challenging day. Sobering to see these top mountain runners reduced to a steady walk by the severity of the climbing.
Day Three - The View From The Pack
Matt Hickman from Berghaus talks about his experience on the previous day as the competitors set out on a route that takes them straight over the impressive Cadair Idris.
The Original 1992 Event On Film
Last but not least, if you've not seen it already and you have some time to spare, compare and contrast this documentary about the original 1992 race, the only time the Dragon's Back has taken place before this year's event. Blimey, did the 90s really look quite so dated at the time...
