Wondering what you need to know for winter? What you should be carrying in your pack? The Met Office has put together this little video presented by TV forecaster Sian Lloyd - you can tell she an outdoors sort of gurl because she's wearing a fleece...
Anyway, enough cynicism. Not a bad introduction, if a little basic.
