The Daily Telegraph Adventure Travel and Sports Show 2003 starts at Olympia tomorrow - Friday - for three days.

It's an ideal place to hook up with adventure travel operators, but more interestingly there's also a three-day programme of talks by leading adventurers as well as the Wanderlust Travel Advice Theatre, 'where veteran adventurers and travel professionals will be sharing their experience and expertise' - so watch out for loads of beards and testosterone.

Speakers include the likes of Benedict Allen, Nick Crane, Rebecca Stephens, Chris Fenn and Josie Dew plus a load of others - full details on the show web site.

On top of that, there's also an arctic simulation chamber - a bit superfluous given the current weather we reckon - a hang gliding simulator, rotating climbing wall, scuba pool (really) and an indoor ice-climbing wall.

Opening hours are 12.00 noon till 6.00 pm on Friday and 10.00 am till 6.00 pm at the weekend. Tickets are £10.00 on the door or £8.00 in advance, you can buy online.

For full details see the show's web site.
