Just a reminder that the 2002 Eco Challenge in Fiji is going on right now.

With things constantly changing and shifting as the teams race through the jungle, there's not much point in us trying to follow the action here on OM, but if you want to know what's happening to the British teams, our mates over at sleepmonsters.com are carrying regularly upated reports hot from their men on the ground, messrs Steve Duffy and Steve Watkins ex of our magazine partners, On The Hill.

The good news is that Brits, Team The North Face Kona after having a tough time early on have been climbing up the leader board despite unsubstantiated rumours that Keith Byrne has been in pursuit of the Playboy Extreme Team... Purely for the autograph book we understand. As this 'goes to press' they're lying in a creditable 21st position.

You can see the team page here and send them messages of encouragement.

For detailed overall coverage complete with up to the minute leader board positions, reports and loads of great photos, take a look at the official Eco Challenge web site.
